Oxfam Trailwalker 2018: Exclusive offer for iNGOs

5 December 11:00am - 22 December 12:00am
Competition entry (online)

Oxfam Trailwalker began in 2006 in New Zealand. Since then over 10,000 participants have lined up at the start line and raised over $10 million. Thousands of people take part each year as participants, support crew and volunteers.

If you’ve always wanted to do the Oxfam Trailwalker or want a new challenge for 2018 this could be for you. Oxfam New Zealand are offering a free iNGO team place for the 2018 event (saving registrations fees of up to $720). All you need to do is send an email to info.trailwalker@oxfam.org.nz before Friday 22 December with a few words as to why we should choose you. The winning nomination will be selected in early 2018.

And if you didn’t already know about the event, you have the choice of a 50km or 100km trail for a team of four. You’ll challenge poverty one step at a time while enjoying the amazing trails of Whakatane. More details about the event can be found here.

You will have until the end of March to reach your fundraising target.

Rachael LeMesurier, Executive Director of Oxfam New Zealand says, “As someone who has personally done it I would highly recommend it. We look forward to hearing from you.”
