Do you want to attend the Annual Conference 2024 in international development and humanitarian aid?

Here’s your chance to win one of two (2) complimentary tickets to the CID Annual Conference 2024!

Giveaway Details:

Prize:

  • Two complimentary tickets to the CID Annual Conference 2024 (one ticket per winner)
  • The giveaway covers the conference ticket for the day sessions only.

*Please note travel and accommodation expenses are not included and must be organised by the winner/s.

How to Enter:

Write a one-page submission sharing your thoughts on:

  • Why do you think CID's Annual Conference is important?
  • What you hope to gain from attending the conference?
  • Why you are passionate about international development and/or humanitarian aid?
  • Visit our website's conference page for more information about the conference.

Submit Your Entry:

  • Email your writing along with your contact details (name, university, field of study, phone number and email address) to office@cid.org.nz. Use the email subject: Free conference ticket for student entry.
  • Follow us on our social media platforms and share our giveaway post by tagging us and use the hashtag #CIDConference2024.

Selection and Announcement:

  • Deadline for Submission: 31 July 2024
  • Winner Selection: Our panel will review all entries and select the winners based on the quality and passion demonstrated in their submission.
  • Announcement: Winners will be announced on our social media and website by mid-August 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Open to all full-time students currently enrolled in a New Zealand university. 
  • Proof of full-time status at a NZ university will be required.
  • One entry per student.
  • Winners must be available to attend the conference on 4-5 September 2024.
  • Conference tickets cannot be transferred to other people.
